TERMS OF USAGE

These terms govern the use of the a2 Fairs (Akare) mobile app and the mobile.a2fairs.com website (the "service") provided by Akare Fuarcılık A.Ş. ("Akare"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

The service

Akare runs education fairs and seminars about studying abroad. With the app you can register for fairs and seminars, use your pass, explore exhibiting institutions, programmes and scholarships, receive certificates, and join the a2 Club and the ambassador programme. The service is free.

Your account

• Create your account in your own name, with accurate and up-to-date details. One account per person.
• Don't share your password. You are responsible for what is done with your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
• If you are under 18, use the app with your parent's or guardian's knowledge and permission.

Fair registrations and your pass

• Your pass is personal and can't be given to anyone else. Akare staff scan it at the fair's entrance.
• Fair dates, hours, venues, exhibitors and the seminar programme may change; we announce changes in the app.
• At the fair, follow the rules of the venue and of Akare staff.

Seminars and certificates

• Certificates are issued to those who meet a seminar's or event's attendance rule, after Akare staff have checked them.
• Anyone with a certificate's code can see it on the verification page.
• A certificate issued by mistake may be corrected or revoked. You can ask in the app for the name on a certificate to be corrected.

Institutions, programmes and scholarships

Details of institutions, programmes, fees and scholarships come from the institutions themselves. We try to keep them accurate, but check them with the institution before you apply. Admission, scholarship and visa decisions are made by the institutions and the authorities; Akare is not responsible for them. Matches and suggestions are a guide only.

The a2 Club

• Points are earned by taking part in a2 Club activities and can be used only for the rewards in the app.
• Points have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
• Rewards are subject to availability. Akare may change the Club's rules, point values and rewards, and may correct points earned by mistake or against the rules.

The ambassador programme

The ambassador programme has its own terms, which you accept when you apply.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service with false details, in someone else's name, unlawfully, or in a way that harms others' rights. Trying to get around the system's security, collecting data by automated means, disrupting the service, and earning points or rewards through fake invites are not allowed.

Intellectual property

All rights in the app, the website and their content belong to Akare or to the content's owners. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Liability

We provide the service as it is and don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. As far as the law allows, Akare is not liable for indirect losses arising from the service being unavailable or from information provided by institutions.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app in Settings › Delete account. Akare may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We announce important changes in the app and, where needed, ask you to accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction over consumer matters; for other disputes, the İstanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
