ACCOUNT DELETION

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your a2 Fairs account in the app; if you can't get into the app, ask below. Either way, we delete it within 30 days; if you sign in before then, the request is cancelled.

IN THE APP

1. Open the app and go to Profile at the bottom.
2. Tap Settings.
3. In the Account section, tap Delete account.
4. Enter your password and tap Delete my account.

WHAT'S DELETED

Your name, email address, phone, birth year, school, plans, points and saved items; your certificates are revoked and your fair passes stop working.

WHAT STAYS

Fair and seminar attendance stays for statistics, without your name. Consent records and the emails we sent are erased after 30 days.
